Mihir Kawale
Founder & CEO
Born into an Indian hospitality family, Mihir’s journey into the world of luxury travel was anything but conventional. A professional badminton player in his early years, he left home at the age of 14 to pursue his athletic ambitions before eventually turning his focus toward academics and his natural gift for hosting, a quality that made hospitality an effortless calling. While pursuing his Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Mihir began his career at just 17 with an internship at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in the United States, a 400-room Golf resort that introduced him to the demanding yet rewarding world of global hospitality. After completing his degree and an Advanced Diploma from the University of West London, Mihir returned to India to gain hands-on management experience at his family’s resort before advancing his education with an MSc in International Hospitality Business from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality schools.
Following his graduation, Mihir worked in Montreux at Château de Chillon with Novae Restauration SA, where he contributed to event planning and sales for Switzerland’s most visited cultural landmark. His time there inspired him to study French and deepen his connection with European culture. Mihir’s next chapter brought him into the world of luxury travel with Be Essential Club, a Paris-based Destination Management Company founded by industry expert Ms.Elbia Eddaikra. As a Luxury Quality Coordinator, he streamlined internal systems, developed supplier partnerships across Switzerland and France, and curated bespoke itineraries for VIP clientele, refining his expertise in operational excellence and personalized service.
That’s how Vyoma Privé was born in 2025, a natural evolution of Mihir’s passion for refined travel and meaningful experiences. Today, he divides his time between Paris, Geneva, and Mumbai, crafting elegant journeys that bridge cultures, celebrate sophistication, and redefine how discerning Indian travelers experience Europe.
